Does Data Auto-Sync Between BaseBuilders and QuickBooks Online?

No. Nothing syncs automatically between BaseBuilders and QuickBooks — every push and pull is something you initiate deliberately.

Why Auto-Sync Isn't Used

There are two reasons syncing stays manual:

• Not everything in QuickBooks belongs in BaseBuilders. You may have customers and vendors in QuickBooks that have nothing to do with your project work and shouldn't clutter your address book.
• Transactions shouldn't move until you're ready. Invoices, income, and other transactions shouldn't get pushed to QuickBooks before you've decided they're ready to go out.

Batch Processing Keeps It Fast

While nothing syncs automatically, BaseBuilders supports batch processing so you're not stuck pushing records one at a time.
