Subscription Management

Deactivate a User

Did someone retire or move away? Deactivation is a simple process. Here are the steps. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.

Reactivate a Past User

This is most common for college interns who work seasonally. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.

User Management Activation Email

Expired or Missing Activation Link

Access Groups Explained

Updating Staff Pay Rates

Quite often, the staff pay rates will get updated after they have already enter new time slips that should have the new rate. We will show you how to update the rates and how to update the time slips as well.
