Did you know that your subscription will be automatically updated, and any unused portion will be prorated back as an account credit? Pretty sweet, eh?
Follow these steps to deactivate a user from your account.
Click your name or avatar in the lower-left corner of the app and select Settings.
In Settings, choose User Management.
Click Manage User Licenses - this sits at the top of the window on the far right.
Select Modify Existing User.
Choose the user you want to deactivate.
Select Deactivate from the available options.
Click Save Changes.
(Optional) Add any additional users you want to deactivate or activate.
Click Review Changes to continue.
Review the summary of changes to your account. You will likely see a pending credit applied to your account.
Lastly, click Submit Changes.
