System Admin and Settings
The BaseBuilders system settings allow you to customize your application to meet your organization's needs. Open Settings by clicking your name or avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel.
Logos and Avatar Settings
You can customize the application to reflect your personal profile and your company’s branding. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
General Settings: How to Configure Your System
Basic settings for things such as auto numbering and printing. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
Auto Numbering Settings for Projects, Proposals, and Invoices
Auto numbering is optional, but highly recommended. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
Profit Centers Settings
Most of our clients have a single location. But for those who have more than one location or internal divisions, profit centers are quite handy. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
Time and Labor Settings
Under this section is where you will setup your pay periods, overtime and overhead factors, and activities. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
Expenses & Services Settings
Expenses and Services are siblings but have slightly different behaviors. Expense have a direct cost against your projects, services do not. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
Mileage Expense Settings
The milage expense is a special expense used when entering mileage on time slips. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
Address Book Settings
Your companies and contacts live in separate data tables we think of as the Address Book. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
Project Management Settings
This is where you set statuses for projects and phases. You will also create the tags used for projects and proposals. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
Invoice Print Settings
Invoice Print Settings allow you to control how your invoices read when printed or shared with clients. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
Statement Print Settings
Update statements to print with your preferred titles or language. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
Invoice Billing Option Settings
Here you will find some items to help with your billings and with keeping project statuses current. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
Logs & Docs Settings
The real difference between logs and docs is that log entries are assigned response due dates for items such as RFIs and Submittal Packages. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
Todo Settings
Settings control how due dates are calculated, while Master Todos allow you to build reusable tasks, checklists, and workflows. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
Data Management - Column Sets
Decide what data you would like to see in reports and on your list views. Click your name/avatar at the bottom of the main navigation panel to open settings.
Data Management - Custom Fields
